Sewer Rate Structure

The sewer bill is based off of the amount of gallons of water that a customer uses. 

(This excludes well customers; they have a flat rate of $93.33 per month with a Security Deposit of $187.00)

• $20.74 per thousand (1000) gallons of water used

​

• 0-3000 gallons of water is considered a minimum bill.

​

• The charge for a minimum bill is $62.22.

​

• All bills are due upon receipt by the 20th of each month, to avoid any penalties.

​

• A 10% penalty will be applied to all unpaid balances on the 21st of the month.
