Our field technicians work daily doing routine maintenance and service call outs after hours, weekends and holidays. If the red light comes on the sewer panel, do not assume that we know it is on. Please call the office, this light can be an indication of a problem and our technicians need to service it as soon as possible. If you see a light on even if it is not yours, please call. If you see red lights on after a hard rain please know that more than likely the system is working overtime with the I&I from the rain but if the light does not go off after the rain has stopped, then there might be a problem in your tank. Our technicians will call you back to talk to you about your issue you are having. If they receive a call out in the night and it is something that will not be of any harm or if it is something that can be checked out the next day in daylight for their safety, then they will visit you the next day. You can call our office at 304-523-1070 to report any lights or any concerns. If after hours, you will be directed to our answering service, which will notify our technicians of the issue.

Please remember, do not flush any wipes, diapers, feminine hygiene products, grease, oils or any other unacceptable items. Just because it says, "septic safe," does not mean it is safe for our grinder systems.
