This light can be an indication of a problem and our technicians need to service it as soon as possible. You can call our office at 304-523-1070 to report any lights or any concerns. If after hours, you will be directed to our answering service, which will notify our technicians of the issue. Please remember, do not flush any wipes, diapers, feminine hygiene products or any other unacceptable items. Just because it says "septic safe," does not mean it is safe for our grinder systems.
