Effective January 1, 2019, NWCPSD will be offering Nexbillpay as a way to better serve you, our customers. Nexbillpay offers a secure customer portal that provides convenient services such as account verifications/notifications, Usage/Billing Presentment and One-time or Recurring Payment Processing through multiple secure channels – online, mobile and by phone or in-person.There will be a convience fee for this service.
Please note, if your service has been disconnected for non-payment of sewer bill or it is the day of shut-offs, you must come into our office to pay the balance and fees. Paying online WILL NOT guarantee your service will be reconnected.
